If you're a local customer, you're welcome to visit our store. We keep all MacBook battery parts in stock, so most battery replacement services can be completed on the same day. However, more complex repairs may take longer.

If we can't fix your device, we will return it for free and give you a full refund. We operate on a No Fix, No Fee policy.

We provide a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour for all MacBook Macbook battery replacements. 

Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, nor does it cover damage caused by liquids or water.

Batteries are considered consumables and degrade over time. On average, you can expect the battery capacity to drop by about 10% each year, depending on usage habits. For most users, the battery lifespan is typically around 2 years.
