However, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover physical damage to the screen or water damage. We advise purchasing insurance from a third-party provider to safeguard against these situations.

Specifically, our warranty addresses faults directly related to the original repair work we conducted. For instance, if we replaced the charging port on your device, any issues with the power button would not be covered under our warranty.

Our warranty covers the malfunction of parts we have supplied, assuming they have not been physically damaged (e.g., cracked or broken) or affected by water damage.

• Data loss – please ensure you back up your device before sending it to us.

• Devices repaired or modified by anyone other than our technicians, either before or after our service.

• Issues related to phone features or functions that were not confirmed as fully operational before the repair, such as devices that were uncharged or locked due to inaccessible passcodes.

No, we cannot guarantee that your Apple Watch will be waterproof after repair.

Although we use a liquid-resistant adhesive similar to the original used by Apple, we cannot ensure that the watch will remain waterproof. Water could potentially enter through other components such as the speaker, microphone, power button, digital crown, and heart rate sensor.

If a company claims that their repairs can make an Apple Watch water-resistant, they might not have sufficient experience with Apple Watch repairs, or they could be charging fees comparable to the cost of purchasing a refurbished watch.

If you frequently use your watch for swimming, you might want to consider selling your damaged watch and upgrading to a new model from the Apple store.

Like most third-party repair services, using our service will void any existing manufacturer's warranty on your device. However, to give you peace of mind, we offer our own 12-month warranty on parts and labour for all repairs we perform.
