Our Warranty
We back every repair with a limited 12-month warranty on the parts and workmanship we provide. Battery replacements and board repairs carry a 90-day warranty. Physical and liquid damage are not covered.

What's covered
- Functional defects in the parts we supply, for up to 12 months — see the table above for each repair type. This does not include parts that are broken or cracked.
- The labour we carried out as part of the original repair.
What's not covered
- Cracked, bent or broken — any crack, bend, dent or breakage found on the device voids the warranty, regardless of how or when it occurred.
- Liquid damage — the same applies to any sign of water or liquid ingress.
- Faults unrelated to the repair we performed.
- Software-related issues.
- Loss of data — please back up your device before sending it.
- Repairs by another shop after ours — once anyone else opens, works on or re-repairs the device after our repair, the warranty is void. We can only stand behind a repair that hasn't been touched by a third party.
MacBook screen damage isn't always visible from the outside. Unlike a phone, a MacBook's display can be cracked internally — showing lines, dark patches, backlight bleed, flickering or no image at all — while the outer glass looks perfectly intact. Because the impact lands on the thin panel inside the lid, there's often no obvious crack to see. When we inspect a screen returned under warranty, our technicians check for this internal damage, not just the surface. A panel that has been knocked, pressed or flexed counts as physical damage and isn't covered — even if it looks fine on the outside.

Real examples of internal panel damage — often with little or no visible crack on the outer glass. This is the kind of physical damage that isn't covered by warranty.
- For postal warranty claims, return postage is paid by the customer both ways — sending the device to us and us returning it to you.
- Your warranty starts on the repair date and applies only to the parts and services we provided.
- Whether physical or liquid damage is present is assessed from the condition of the device when we inspect it, and our technician's assessment is final.
- It does not cover devices we could not confirm as fully operational beforehand — for example, devices that were uncharged, passcode-locked or inaccessible because of a cracked screen.

- Our service warranty policy applies solely to the parts and services we have provided.
- The warranty becomes valid from the repair date and remains in effect within the period.
- Our warranty covers only the malfunction of parts we have supplied, provided that they are not physically damaged (e.g. cracked or broken) or affected by liquid damage.
- Our warranty covers only faults that are directly related to the original repair work we performed. For instance, if we replaced the charging port, we would not cover a faulty power button under our guarantee.
- Our warranty does not cover any issues related to Apple Watch features or functions that we could not confirm as fully operational before the repair. For example, devices that are uncharged, passcode locked or inaccessible because of cracked screens.
