The cost of repairing your MacBook screen varies depending on your device's model. You can find the model number engraved on the underside of your MacBook. Once you've located it, simply select the appropriate model and the listed repair service to view the cost of your repair.

The repair turnaround time varies depending on your MacBook model and the type of repair required. When you select your model and the listed repair service, you'll see the estimated cost and turnaround time

If we can't fix your device, we will return it for free and give you a full refund. We operate on a No Fix, No Fee policy.

We provide a 12-month warranty on parts and labour for all repairs. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, nor does it cover damage from liquids or water.

Our Warranty Information

We use 100% original screens for our MacBook repairs.

We replace damaged LCDs with original ones, keeping the backlight intact. This ensures all functions, including the camera and True Tone, work as they should, and the hinges stay original. If your screen has dents or water damage to the backlight, we'll replace the backlight for free, but we'll contact you first.

Third-Party Screens: Unlike many repair shops, we don't use third-party screens from sources like eBay. These may look clean externally but have inferior backlight quality and hinges that can become faulty over time.

We highly recommend using a signed-for service like Royal Mail for added security and peace of mind. Please avoid using courier services such as Evri and Yodel.

No, we do not need your MacBook passcode if you're sending your device for a screen repair. We use a dedicated screen testing tool that allows us to verify the repair without accessing your personal data.

If you'd like us to perform a diagnostic test that requires your passcode, you can contact us to discuss this when placing your order. Your privacy is important to us, and we fully respect your security preferences.

We operate on a "No Fix, No Fee" policy, meaning if we can't fix your device, we will return it to you for free and provide a full refund

You don't need to follow any specific rules when packing your device. Just put it in any box you like and make sure it's wrapped up well with tissue or bubble wrap.

Your device will be returned to you using either Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or DPD next-day service. Our standard return shipping includes insurance coverage up to £100. If you require additional insurance protection for your return shipment, you can add this during checkout for an additional fee.
