If a housing replacement is needed, we will contact you to confirm before proceeding. Please be aware that the usual turnaround of 1–2 days will not apply in such cases, as additional time may be required to source a suitable part.

Third-Party Screens: Unlike many repair shops, we never use third-party screens from eBay or similar sources. These may look fine externally but often have poor backlight quality and weaker hinges, leading to long-term problems.

OS update required:
After screen replacement, updating macOS to the latest version is recommended to ensure proper display calibration and firmware compatibility. Our team can handle this for you if your device password is provided during service.
