If a housing replacement is needed, we will contact you to confirm before proceeding. Please be aware that the usual turnaround of 1–2 days will not apply in such cases, as additional time may be required to source a suitable part.

OS update required:
For Apple Silicon models (M2, M3, and newer), your macOS must be updated to the latest version after screen replacement. The new display panels manufactured in 2025 or newer include updated firmware, and older macOS versions may not detect them correctly. Without updating, a faint shadow or “ghost” box may appear in the top-right corner.
If your MacBook password is provided, our technicians will update macOS during the repair. Otherwise, please update it once you receive your device.

No third-party : Third-Party Screens: Unlike many repair shops, we don't use third-party screens from sources like eBay. These may look clean externally but have inferior backlight quality and hinges that can become faulty over time.
